For a more intimate occasion, the themed Cloud Room hosts eight and the Chocolate Room is perfect for a private banquet for up to fourteen.

Le Parisien offers a new, sound proofed, private function room offering the latest technology. You will have access to a large Plasma screen, monitor ports for direct input from your laptop, DVD, a separate sound system, and internet connection.

Big enough to cater for up to 40 dinning, 50 in a cocktail setting, or 60 "theatre style", your private room is perfect for breakfast meetings, business meetings, power point presentations, medical presentations, birthdays, anniversaries, or small weddings. Anything is possible in your own room.

The space is also available for hire as a stand alone meeting room.

Meals can be selected from our extensive menu or alternatively a personalised menu can be designed to suit any budget.

Our Restaurant is imbued with a provincial spirit, from a personal greeting at the front door to the food on the plate in front of you. Led by Head Chef Barry Davis, the kitchen serves food inspired by regional France, but anchored in fresh, seasonal produce, whether grown here or from further afield. Chefs make daily visits to the garden, harvesting the best of the produce for use in the restaurant. We run an old fashioned kitchen using new technologies where things are made from scratch. Flavour is Barry’s gift.

The relaxed elegance of the Montalto Restaurant is set in a striking and harmonious landscape building featuring rammed earth walls, timber frames and rough-hewn floor boards. Floor to ceiling windows take advantage of the breathtaking and rambling rural outlook of vines, olive groves, sculpture, lakes and wetlands, with pasture, and a hint of the ocean as the backdrop.

Ezard at Levantine Hill is a gastronomic partnership between hatted chef Teage Ezard and Levantine Hill Estate.

Teage Ezard has taken his famed gourmet experience outside the city limits to offer locals and visitors to the Yarra Valley the perfect dining match to Levantine Hill’s critically acclaimed wines.

In amongst the stunning bucolic vineyard views, visitors can enjoy Levantine Hill wines matched to dishes inspired by the classic food styles of Europe, which Teage Ezard has enhanced with new flavours and combinations.

The architecture has been personally designed by renowned architect Karl Fender of Fender Katsalidis Architects and interiors were meticulously designed by Molecule. The 100 metre sweep of the curved roof of the venue and the private barrel-like tasting booths reference the sleek curves of a wine barrel.

On offer are two dining spaces. The All Day Dining space offers sharing plates to be enjoyed with great wine and company. The Signature Restaurant offers a five course and eight course tasting menu perfectly matched to Levantine Hill wines.

Country charm and quality local produce combine to make the Café @ Churchill Island one of the areas’ best kept secrets. Our licensed café offers panoramic views across historic Churchill Island and Westernport Bay. Being surrounded by wildlife and farm animals the atmosphere is hard to beat. Great coffee and a menu complimented by constantly changing specials to suit our seasons, make our Café a ‘must visit’. Churchill Island is reached by road, through a tidal mangrove wetland teeming with birdlife. It is only 2 minutes drive off the Phillip Island Tourist Road at Newhaven.
