The Collection Bar has three beverage options to choose from; cash bar, bar tabs as well as the beverage packages, ensuring there is something to suit every budget and event type.

Drawing from an abundance of luscious seafood, fresh Australian produce, and regional wineries, The Box Seafood Restaurant experience will be one you will always remember. Our creative team of chefs and dedicated floor staff ensure your meals are prepared to perfection and delivered to you within our cosmopolitan Collins street address. Locating us is also easy as we are next door to one of Melbourne's breathtaking landmark venues The Regent Theatre.

The Box Seafood Restaurant menu takes the experience one step further. You'll find a variety of fresh fish and shellfish preparations that draw upon coastal cultures Australia wide. And as always, generous, tempting specialities of beef, game, poultry along with vegetarian offerings abound when you crave a non-seafood fish.

We use only the freshest, highest quality seafood and only from sustainable stocks. Our emphasis on Australian produce also ensures flavourful, seasonal dishes that translate beautifully into delicious main courses and entree dishes.

Group Bookings

Catering from 12 to 160 guests sit down and up to 250 for cocktail events, we offer a range of options to suit any occasion. Groups of 12 and above are asked to order from one of our set menus, or we can tailor a sharing menu to suit your goup on the night . We are pretty flexible and if you want to get creative with our set menus then tell us what you’re after and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Our private dining room, The Taxi Platform can seat up to 40 guests. Overlooking Fed Square and the Yarra River it’s an enclosed terrace with heating and cooling and a semi alfresco feel. All decked out in greenery and with blinds that can open on a sparkling Melbourne day, it makes for an impressive space to entertain clients, family or friends. Minimum spends and set menus apply in here.

The Embassy Room is available for group bookings of up to 46 pax. In this semi private dining area your guests get the quintessential view of the Yarra River which is flooded with the lights of the city and the Arts Centre spire by night.

Our Main Dining Room is a spectacular place to hold large scale dining events, weddings and stand-up cocktail style functions with that wow factor. We can accomodate your entertainment and AV requirements and will personally liaise with you to create the perfect event.

Located in the heart of the urban jungle of Richmond, Botherambo will take you on a culinary adventure that will entice your taste buds.

With a range that boasts popular Asian dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, this will be a dining experience you will never forget.

Botherambo has a variety of beautiful spaces perfect for private celebrations which offer options from an intimate dinner for 8 to cocktail parties of 150 people, and plenty of other group sizes in between.

Cool & Chic modern Melbourne Bar Restaurant

Combining interior design with fine wine and food, Cumulus Inc is at the forefront of the Melbourne dining scene. While a table can never guaranteed with its no reservations policy, we can assure Cumulus Inc first-timers, that this place is well worth the wait.

With 30 flavours of beer on tap, the craftiest of them will soon feature as a boutique batch from the custom microbrewery scheduled to arrive on site early in the new year. Bacash Restaurant follows up on a reputation of fine seafood cooking earned at Michael and Fiona's first restaurant Toofey's. Michael and Fiona owned and operated Toofey's between 1989 and 2001 until they relocated to the more desirable surrounds of the beautiful Domain Road Village.

Whilst at Toofey's Michael only cooked seafood, and since opening Bacash he has diversified the menu to appeal to a wider clientele. His uncompromising approach to quality has led to the restaurant being awarded Chef's Hats in the Age Good Food Guide from 2005 through to the most recent 2014 edition.

Conveniently located across the road from the MCG and the Melbourne Sporting and Entertainment Precinct, Geppetto Trattoria is the perfect place for a pre-match or pre-concert meal.

In 1981, Nino Cea opened Geppetto Trattoria with the vision to create an unpretentious eatery that focused on Italian home-style cooking. This idea was inspired by those eateries found in his hometown region of Puglia in Italy.

With his son Adriano, the tradition continues.
