Dude Food Man is my 3rd child, born from a love of top quality produce, and years spent working long days in high end restaurants. I wanted to bring the good stuff to the streets and share my passion with people who appreciate flavour.
Everything on our menu has been selected because of its uniqueness, and is prepared with respect to create simple, indulgent, and interesting food. We source all our ingredients locally, and we use environmentally friendly packaging. We use Australia's leading beef, David Blackmore's full blood Wagyu. The Wagyu's distinct flavour will leave any meat lover's palate well satisfied. Our cold smoked bacon comes from the wonderful specialty delicatessen Melbourne Pantry, its aroma alone gets my mouth watering. These are just to name a few.
Although my menu is not lengthy it offers variety, and I enjoy putting on a special every month. We also cater to our vegetarian friends and those with gluten intolerance. No one misses out on Dude Food.
